THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
Client selects the show from the show options page that they would like and supplies us the necessary information needed. The essential information needed is: the Tier show chosen from the SHOW OPTIONS page, date of event, official start time of the show, address of the event, indoor or outdoor event, type of ground/flooring, ceiling height, the size for the show space, and the theme of event.
We will email the client our contract with all the finalized details. The client prints out the contract and fills in the blank spaces and signs each page. The entire contract is put into an envelope with the proper reservation fee and mailed to our address or personally brought to us. Once we have received the contract and the proper reservation fee, we contact the client to let them know they are confirmed for their event. When we arrive at your event, if there is a balance it is due at that time. We do not set up or load in until the remaining balance is paid in full. There are no exceptions to this. This is how our business is handled with every client including other agencies. We do not turn down other potential work or reserve dates with clients without receiving our signed contract from the client and the reservation fee.
Our guarantee is that we are giving you the best price we can offer for what we have planned for your event. If you hire an agency to find us and they book us for your event, I promise that you will be paying more for our entertainment than if you hired us directly. We accept cash, checks and money orders. We can also arrange a Paypal payment for an additional 5%. We do not accept credit cards as payment.
