When requesting a quote for a show,
please have the
following information:

Address of the event?
What is the location at the venue?
Indoor or Outdoor?
Size of the area for the performer?
Width and depth.
This does not include where patrons sit or stand.
Is it on a stage?
What kind of stage is it? Is it solid? Does it shake? Is it raised or on the same surface as the audience?
Type of ground or flooring?
Cement, grass, dirt, gravel, bricks, mulch, sand, carpet, wood, tile, vinyl.
Is the area smooth, flat and level?
Are there bumps, grout lines, trip hazards?
How high is the ceiling?
Are there any overhead lights, beams projectors, decorations, duct work, trees, power lines, roofs that lower the ceiling height?
​How many people will be watching the show?
This is important because of sound. If your audience is spread out, they may have trouble hearing without a sound system.
Is there electricity available for the sound system to plug into?
Is there an outlet or a generator?
How dark is the performance area?
Do you have lighting?
Is there close proximity parking available for the performers?
How far do they have to walk with their show props?
Do you need to reserve a parking spot for the performers?
Cones should be used to reserve a space.
Do you need permission from the venue to have this type of entertainment?
Some venues do not allow fire or an aerial rig.
